Terms of use and community rules

These terms govern the use of sportsfera.com and the other Blosfera websites, in particular the account, the forum, profiles and private messages. By registering you accept them.

1. Who can register

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • One account per person, with truthful details. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password safe.
  • Your username must not impersonate another person or brand, or be offensive.

Your Blosfera account works across all the websites in the network.

2. Community rules

We want useful, respectful conversations. You may not post or send:

  1. Illegal content or content that incites crime.
  2. Hate speech, discrimination or threats based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other personal characteristics.
  3. Harassment, insults or personal attacks.
  4. Sexual content or nudity, graphic violence or content that promotes self-harm.
  5. Spam, unsolicited advertising, misleading links or chain messages.
  6. Other people's personal data without their permission (addresses, phone numbers, private photos…).
  7. Impersonation of people, brands or the editorial team.
  8. Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
  9. Malware or attempts to disrupt the websites.

Photos: you may only post photos you own or have the right to use. Do not post photos of identifiable people without their permission.

Private messages: each user decides in their profile who can message them. Do not message people who do not want to hear from you; anyone can block you.

3. Moderation

  • Messages and photos go through an automated filter before being published, which blocks clearly inappropriate content. Borderline content is published but reviewed by a person.
  • Any user can report a message from its menu (⋯). We review reports diligently and objectively.
  • Depending on the severity, we may hide or remove content, close topics and suspend or block accounts. Serious or repeated violations lead to the account being blocked.
  • If we remove your content or restrict your account, we will tell you by email and explain why. If you disagree, you can request a review by replying to that email or writing to soporte@blosfera.com.

4. Reporting illegal content (also without an account)

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content they consider illegal by writing to soporte@blosfera.com with:

  1. The exact address (URL) of the content.
  2. An explanation of why they consider it illegal.
  3. Their name and email (except for child sexual abuse material, which can be reported anonymously).
  4. A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.

We will acknowledge receipt, decide and let you know the outcome.

5. Your content

  • What you post remains yours. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and technically adapt it (for example, resizing a photo) on the network's websites for as long as it remains published.
  • You are responsible for what you post. Users' opinions do not represent those of the publication.
  • You can delete your messages, and deleting your account erases everything you have posted. Deleting a topic you opened also deletes the comments in it.

6. Deals and affiliate links

Deals are for information only: purchases are made directly with each store, which sets the price and conditions. Prices may change at any time. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you.

7. Liability

We provide the websites as they are and try to keep them running without interruption, but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for content posted by users unless, being aware that it is illegal, we fail to act diligently to remove it.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile (⚙ menu). We may close accounts that seriously breach these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will notify you in advance. They are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your place of residence.
